Turkey and cranberry sauce are a staple of the season. But when you’re looking for a quick lunch, a full Thanksgiving feast doesn’t quite fit the bill—that’s why we love these Turkey Cranberry Dinner Rolls! These bite-sized sandwiches pack enough flavor to fill a feast, and they’re great to have on the go, or better yet, to make use of any leftover Thanksgiving turkey you’ve got in the fridge!

Dinner Rolls That Rock

These little sandwiches do more than make it easy to enjoy your Thanksgiving leftovers—they keep your family looking forward to eating them! By dicing up your turkey and mixing it with a delicious cranberry sauce, you’ll stretch your leftovers and keep folks smiling in the process.

You’ll Need:

  • 1 Pack of Wonder® Dinner Rolls

  • 2 cups diced turkey

  • 1 cup cranberry sauce or relish

  • 6 slices Swiss cheese

  • 6 Tbsp butter

  • 1 Tbsp yellow mustard

  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 Tbsp dried minced onion

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 Tbsp parsley

  • 1 cup Parmesan chesse

Follow these steps:

1.      Preheat oven to 325° F. Cover 9x13 baking pan with foil and spray with nonstick spray.

2.      Remove rolls from the package in one piece, cutting the entire slab in half lengthwise (creating one half of “tops” and one half of “bottoms”.)

3.      Place bottom half in foil-covered pan and layer with turkey, cranberry sauce, and cheese. Add the top half of the rolls.

4.      Melt butter in the microwave and whisk in remaining ingredients (except parmesan and parsley). Pour evenly over rolls.

5.      Cover with foil and let sit for 5-10 minutes, then bake covered for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes.

6.      Sprinkle with parsley and parmesan cheese. Slice into individual rolls, and enjoy!
