You’ll Need:

  • 1 Pack Wonder® Classic Hot Dog Buns

  • 1 Kielbasa sausage

  • 2 slices Pepper Jack Cheese

  • 2 slices Cheddar cheese

  • 2 slices Muenster cheese

Follow these steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.

  2. Take the sausage and bend to create a ‘horseshoe shape’, which is completely sealed with casing.

  3. Use a sharp knife to carefully cut slits ¾ of the way into the sausage, ½” apart

  4. Stack slices of each cheese on top of one another, then slice in half. Stack halves, then slice into thirds, to create squares of cheese.

  5. Fold cheese slices in half again, and insert into sausage slits. Continue this in each slit, alternating different cheese until the sausage is full.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until browned. Slice into four even pieces, then place sausages into Wonder Classic Hot Dog Buns. Serve warm, and enjoy!
