Ingredients

4 Wonder Classic Hamburger Buns

4 slices thick cut bacon

1 pound 80/20 ground beef

4 slices cheddar cheese

1/3 cup ketchup

2 tablespoons Sriracha

1 cup shredded romaine lettuce

8 thin slices tomato

Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Using a large sauté pan or griddle over medium-high heat, cook the bacon until crisp. (About 6 minutes) Once the bacon is cooked, drain it on a few pieces of paper towel.

  2. Form the ground beef into 4, 4-ounce meat balls.

  3. Remove most of the bacon fat from the pan or griddle, add the meat balls to the pan or griddle with a pinch of salt and pepper over the tops of each. Using a flat spatula, press the burgers until they are thin and flat. Cook for 2-3 minutes, flip, add 1 piece of bacon broken in half then add a piece of cheddar over the bacon. Cover to melt.

  4. In a small bowl, add the ketchup and Sriracha and mix evenly.

  5. Lightly toast the buns.

  6. To build, add shredded lettuce and two slices of tomato. Place the burger over the top and add desired amount of the sriracha ketchup to the top bun and serve immediately.
