BEEF CUPS
12 slices Wonder Bread
3 tablespoons softened butter
1 ¼ lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 small onion, chopped
1 (10.75 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
¾ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter one side of each slice of Wonder Bread and press each slice butter-side down into the cups of a muffin tin. In a medium bowl, mix together the ground beef, egg, onion, cream of mushroom soup, salt and pepper until well blended. Fill each bread cup with the mixture. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese over the tops.
Bake for 30 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
Makes 12 servings.
