Wonder

Soft. Delicious. Nutritious.

Magic in the kitchen.

To your kids, cooking is nothing short of magical. It's amazing that flour, sugar and eggs can transform from just ingredients to birthday treats and tummy-satisfying dinners. So it's no wonder they love to cook.

Use these top six tips to make cooking with your kids even more rewarding:

6. Do some prep work.
If you're making something that requires you to cook before you cook, such as Wonderfully Crunchy Chicken Casserole, try to get that out of the way while the kids are napping or before they get home from school. That way, all your ingredients are ready when they are.

5. Stay on their level.
Move down to a kid-size table or lift them up on a stepstool before making Wonderful Crepes Suzette. Either way, you're positioned for success and more importantly - less mess.

4. Give each his own.
If now doesn't seem like the right time for a lesson in sharing, give your kids their own cookware. Try fun, colorful utensils or helpful skid-proof bowls. And be sure to get a kid-size pan, so they can enjoy their own personal serving of Wonder Pear Cobbler.

3. Turn the oven light on.
Let the kids see the fruits - or puddings - of their labor and keep them entertained for 30 minutes while Top of the Morning Wonder bread Pudding bakes.

2. Skewer it.
If popsicles and corn dogs have taught us anything, it's that kids love food on a stick. Try skewering our Pigs in a Wonder Blanket to create a homemade family favorite.

1. Don't just cut cookies.
Use your cookie cutters to their full potential. Let the kids get artistic with fun shapes in their rice crispy treats, pancakes or even Wonder bread Kids Sandwiches.
